Job Description
We are seeking a Laboratory Operations Supervisor to manage daily laboratory activities, supervise technical staff, and ensure accurate, timely testing in compliance with CLIA/CAP and biosafety standards. The role includes oversight of equipment, inventory and procurement; optimization of workflows and turnaround times; coordination with clinicians and administration; management of data reporting and quality metrics; and development of staff training and competency programs.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a clinical laboratory, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Skills: Accreditation knowledge, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
