Job Description
Global Rainbow Limited is seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor for its hospitality venue in Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos. Salary: ₦80,00–₦150,00 monthly. Full-time, permanent; 6 days/week; immediate start.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff coordination.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance.
- Manage schedules, monitor stock, and reduce waste.
- Support the head chef to maintain efficiency and service standards.
Requirements: proven supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, solid knowledge of kitchen operations and sanitation, ability to work under pressure, reliable and detail-oriented.
