Job Description
Food Concepts Plc is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Supervisor to oversee our 24/7 food preparation operations across more than 10 Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) locations. In this crucial role, you will ensure 100% on-time delivery of our culinary offerings. Your responsibilities will include enforcing food safety protocols, training team members, and documenting processes in real-time to maintain our high standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in centralized food preparation operations.
- A proven track record with a 95% or better on-time delivery rate.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₦180,00.00 – ₦250,00.00 per month
