Job Description
Prime Watermark Consulting is looking for a skilled Kitchen/Catering Operations Manager to oversee our kitchen team. In this pivotal role, you will manage kitchen staff, coordinate food orders, and supervise food preparation and cooking processes.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring food plating and temperature, determining portion sizes, and scheduling staff shifts. You will also collaborate with Restaurant Management to set menu prices and procure essential food supplies and kitchen equipment.

Salary: ₦150,00.00 per month
Education: National Diploma (Required)
Experience: 3 years in Kitchen Management (Required)
