Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Newrest as a Kitchen Assistant Intern! In this role, you will assist chefs in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients. You’ll ensure the kitchen remains clean, sanitary, and organized while learning and following recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation standards.
As a vital team member, you will support meal service by plating and garnishing dishes, develop knowledge of kitchen operations, and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff. You will also participate in menu planning, food tastings, and culinary events, while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
