Job Summary
A lounge is searching for Kitchen Assistants who would support chefs with food preparation and kitchen maintenance. The ideal candidate will help with ingredient preparation, dishwashing, and ensuring a clean workspace.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in preparing food, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Perform basic cooking tasks under the supervision of chefs.
- Help with kitchen setup and closing procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
