Job Description
We are looking to hire a dedicated and reliable kitchen assistant to assist the cook with ingredient preparation as well as perform all washing and cleaning duties required in the kitchen. Responsibilities include cleaning food preparation areas, assisting with meal ingredient preparation, organizing food supplies, and ensuring compliance with food health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas.
- Assisting with meal ingredient preparation.
- Organizing and storing food supplies.
- Transferring meal ingredients and assisting with unloading food supplies.
- Preparing soups, sauces, and hot beverages.
Requirements:
- Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Proven kitchen assistant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Food handler’s license preferred.
- Knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦40,00.00 – ₦50,00.00 per month
