Hotel Capitol is seeking a committed and professional Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary team. The ideal candidate will perform basic food preparation, maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, and assist in efficient back-of-house operations under the supervision of senior chefs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs with routine food preparation and mise en place.
• Prepare simple menu items following provided recipes and guidance.
