We are seeking a dependable Kitchen Assistant to support cooks and chefs in a fast-paced kitchen. Duties include preparing ingredients; washing, trimming, and chopping vegetables; portioning and plating; dishwashing; stocking supplies; and maintaining a clean, organized workspace in accordance with food-safety and sanitation standards.

• Be punctual, physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Work well in a team and follow instructions precisely.
• Prior kitchen or food-handling experience and food-safety certification are advantageous.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
