Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the chef in preparing, cooking, and serving high-quality dishes
- Cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Prepping and cooking staff food
- Regularly keeping records of food portions and kitchen items
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a kitchen assistant or similar role in a kitchen
- Experience using different kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Should be physically fit with no underlying health issues
- Applicants who live within Surulere and its environ are preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦50,00.00 – ₦60,00.00 per month
