Whoosh Logistics is in search of a dedicated Key Account Officer to cultivate and maintain relationships with our esteemed clients. This position requires a proactive, client-oriented professional with the ability to build trust and ensure client satisfaction, driving business growth through outstanding account management.

Key responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, monitoring deliveries, resolving concerns, and identifying upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of experience in customer relations or sales, ideally within the logistics or e-commerce sectors. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
