Job Description
Chi Digital LTD is seeking a Junior User Experience Researcher to enhance our digital products. The candidate will play a key role in understanding user needs to design user-friendly interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research using surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Analyze user feedback and behavior to derive insights.
- Create analysis reports in PowerPoint.
- Develop personas, user flows, and customer journey maps.
- Assist in building information architecture for digital platforms.
Requirements:
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Proficient in Figma and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in Miro and Mural.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (6 months)
Pay: ₦170,00.00/month
Expected Start Date: 16/10/2024
