Remuneration: ₦55,00 per month and a percentage of the monthly total income generated from telemarketing activities
Job Summary:
Our client, Lopterra Services, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Junior Telemarketer and Computer Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold-calling prospective customers, promoting their products/services on WhatsApp stories and monthly email sales letters, and generating sales leads. This role involves engaging customers, understanding their needs, and persuasively presenting their offerings.
Responsibility:
- Cold call prospects and contact existing customers to initiate sales
- Provide feedback that can be useful to optimize the sales process
- Update the contact database/mailing list by collating leads from all marketing channels
- Document and track customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products daily
- Print course materials for learners and tutors in advance of each training session
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND/HND/BSc. in Communications or Business Administration
- At least 1 year of cognate experience
- Excellent in spoken and written English
- Teachable and curious
- Problem solver, organized and self-starting
- Excellent listening and people management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Experience using virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom & Google Meeting
- Work with the Office Assistant and Administrator to plan and host physical and virtual training in and out of Lagos
- Preferred Location of Applicants: Ikeja and its environs
