Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Legal Counsel to join our team. As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company and its clients.
Your main role will involve reviewing and drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting the legal department in various tasks. You will also be expected to liaise with external stakeholders, such as government authorities and clients, to ensure legal compliance and efficient business operations.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a law degree and be familiar with various areas of law, including contract law and corporate law. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Prior experience in a legal role or internship is preferred.
