Charis Consultant seeks a full-time Junior Company Secretary (office-based, Mon–Fri). Duties: draft and format letters/reports, maintain client files, greet clients, manage calls and correspondence, schedule appointments and court dates, take simple minutes, run errands, support lawyers, and ensure confidentiality. Requirements: SSCE/OND, basic MS Word and email skills, good written and verbal communication, neat appearance, teamwork, and willingness to learn. Entry-level salary discussed at interview.
