Job Description
- Draft a variety of legal agreements.
- Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and internal policies and ensure that they comply with all statutory or legal requirements.
- Conduct legal research.
- Assist in drafting contracts, commercial and land agreements.
- Proffer legal opinions on clients’ briefs.
- Conduct due diligence exercises as per clients’ instructions.
- Represent the firm in meetings.
- Undertake pre and post-incorporation changes at the CAC for corporate clients.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities on compliance and other matters on behalf of clients.
- Court appearances and representations, where applicable.
- Any other corporate legal duties as may be assigned.
