Job Description
Our client in the construction and building industry is seeking a Junior Architect to join our team. This role involves working closely with senior architects and project managers to contribute to all phases of architectural projects. It’s a great opportunity for professional growth and hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in developing architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Collaborate on site visits, surveys, and research with project teams.
- Present design proposals using 2D and 3D modeling software.
- Produce construction documents and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Participate in client meetings to provide design solutions.
- Support project managers in monitoring progress and timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and building codes.
- Contribute creative ideas for project enhancements.
- Review project specifications, contracts, and cost estimates.
- Perform financial forecasting and reporting.
Education & Experience:
- BSc/HND in architecture or related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in architectural firms is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Understanding of architectural principles and construction techniques.

Pay: ₦100,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
