Job Description

As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting and financial regulations. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, proficiency in ERP software, and strong skills in reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and reconciling financial records, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Prepare and process financial documents, such as invoices, expense reports, and payroll.
• Use ERP software to manage and update financial data and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with auditing and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the senior accounting team to support various financial tasks and projects.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in ERP software.
• Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
