Job Description
The ITIL Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of IT services in accordance with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices. They oversee the entire service lifecycle, ensuring that services are delivered to meet the needs of the organization and its customers.
Key responsibilities include managing service level agreements, coordinating service delivery processes, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. The Service Delivery Manager also plays a crucial role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Required skills and qualifications for this position include a strong understanding of ITIL framework, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to analyze data and identify trends. A degree in IT or a related field is typically required, along with relevant work experience.
- Manage service level agreements and ensure service delivery as per the agreed-upon standards.
