Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the proper functioning of computer systems and software within our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Performing routine maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of computer systems.
- Managing user accounts and access rights.
- Providing technical assistance and training to users.
The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Previous experience in an IT support role is preferred.
