Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of IT Technician to join our team at Dangote Group. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, networks, and software applications. Your main objective will be to provide technical support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Providing technical support to employees in person or remotely, ensuring that technical problems are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintaining inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure efficient and secure operations.
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team is also vital.
