Job Description
An IT support individual is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of end user technologies, network, and systems within the company. Duties include installing software/hardware, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support for employees.
Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer systems and networks
- Maintaining computer systems
- Responding to service issues promptly
- Providing technical support in person or via phone
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Testing and implementing new technologies
- Training junior staff
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Location: Ojodu or nearby areas
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: ₦60,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month
