Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to maintain hardware and software, install and configure workstations, troubleshoot user issues, support local networks, and document resolutions. The ideal candidate will hold an associate degree or equivalent experience and have at least one year of technical support experience.

• Required: proficiency with Windows and macOS, basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS), helpdesk tools, and strong verbal and written communication.
• Preferred: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification.
• Must be reliable, solutions-oriented, and able to provide both on-site and remote support in a fast-paced office environment.
