Job Description
ZEEQ TECH HUB seeks a full-time IT Support Specialist to provide first- and second-line support for our software. Responsibilities include troubleshooting performance and configuration issues via phone, email, chat, and in person; onboarding and training new users; logging and tracking tickets; escalating complex issues to Engineering and Product teams with timely follow-up; preparing weekly issue-trend reports; assisting QA during releases; and collaborating on recurring bugs and feature requests. The position demands professionalism, responsiveness, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Compensation: ₦250,00–₦300,00 per month.
