Job Description
WACOL TamarSARC, located in Enugu, is committed to advancing the educational, social, economic, and political development of women and youth. We are currently seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist to join our team in Nsukka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting various issues, and assisting with help desk inquiries related to desktop computers and IT systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in help desk support
