Job Summary: We are looking for a candidate with a degree and a minimum of 3 years of IT support experience, ideally within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hotel’s IT infrastructure, encompassing networks and guest Wi-Fi services.
- Assist in managing hotel management systems.
- Ensure compliance with established cybersecurity protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant IT support experience.
