We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain user accounts, perform system updates, and document resolutions. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Windows and macOS, basic networking, Active Directory, and common helpdesk tools. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certification are a plus.
