Job Description
C. Charles Resources Limited is actively seeking an IT Support Representative to join our team in Kaduna Metropolis. Candidates must reside in the vicinity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems along with connected IT devices.
- Provide onsite or remote support for service requests and incidents.
- Troubleshoot system and network issues.
- Oversee hardware maintenance for workstations and laptops.
- Coordinate the inventory of IT assets.
- Lead and mentor team members.
