Job Description
Toptech Engineering Limited, located in Lagos, is seeking a motivated IT Support Officer to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support, address hardware and software challenges, and ensure the seamless operation of IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist users in resolving technical issues
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
- Manage user accounts and workstations effectively
- Advise on IT policies and security protocols
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support
