Job Description
The Bulb Africa is looking for an IT Support Officer to provide technical support and ensure a smooth IT environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for software, hardware, and network issues.
- Perform updates, upgrades, and maintenance for systems.
- Ensure network connectivity across company’s infrastructure.
- Assist employees with device setup and troubleshooting.
- Implement security protocols and manage user accounts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
