Job Description
TeamAce is looking for a dedicated IT Support Officer to oversee daily IT operations, address hardware and software challenges, and support our inventory systems alongside warehouse technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical assistance, installing and maintaining computer systems and networks, and ensuring the efficient functioning of warehouse technology.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install and configure computer systems and networking solutions.
- Monitor and maintain inventory and warehouse management systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT support role.
Salary: N250,00 – N300,00 Monthly.
