Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Salary: ₦100,00 – ₦150,00 monthly
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a proactive IT Support Officer to oversee and maintain our company’s internal application. This role involves ensuring seamless app functionality, aiding employees with technical challenges, onboarding new users, and enhancing app performance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support for the internal application
– Conduct training sessions for new users
– Monitor app performance and report issues
– Coordinate system updates and enhancements
– Assist HR and Admin with app-related tasks.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, 1-2 years of IT support experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
