Job Description
Norak Technologies Ltd is actively seeking a qualified IT Support Officer with significant experience in Networking, based in Lagos State. This is a full-time position within the Hospitality & Hotel sector, offering a competitive salary between NGN 75,00 and 150,00.
Job Summary: In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot desktop computers, and resolve various IT-related issues. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Requirements: Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, foundational Networking knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are essential. Relevant IT certifications will be considered an advantage.
