Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Support Officer to become a key member of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, assisting with system installations, and ensuring the seamless operation of IT services. You will collaborate closely with both team members and clients to address issues promptly and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solid foundation in IT principles. Prior experience in technical support or a related field is preferred.
