Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Officer to join our energetic team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in offering technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software.
Your primary responsibilities will involve troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and ensuring reliable network connectivity. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential, as you will be assisting employees with a variety of IT inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT systems, basic networking knowledge, and experience in help desk support. A degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
