Job Description
GTI Microfinance Limited, established in August 2007 and licensed as a State Wide Microfinance Bank in October 2013, is currently seeking an IT Support Officer to join our team in Marina, Lagos. This full-time position involves delivering first-line support to our users, diagnosing technical issues, and training clients on both software and hardware functionalities.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, along with proven experience in IT support. A strong proficiency in Mac operating systems is essential. Excellent communication abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach are required.
