Job Description
Filmhouse Cinemas Limited is seeking a dedicated IT Support Officer to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. In this role, you will be the primary contact for IT support inquiries, providing efficient troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. You will assist with user account management, collaborate with the IT team to identify ongoing challenges, and document support interactions in our IT service management system.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and demonstrate proven experience in technical support. Strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and networking is essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
