Job Description
Catilas Resources Limited seeks a diligent IT Support Officer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and maintain reliable IT systems.
- Provide first-line support; install and configure systems and peripherals; set up new user accounts and access.
- Monitor system performance and security; perform routine backups and updates; document resolutions.
- Requirements: OND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; basic hardware, software, and networking knowledge; strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to work independently.
