Overview: We are seeking a qualified IT Support Lead to join Plentytechjobs and oversee the IT infrastructure at KS Legal. In this key role, you will provide vital support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems while upholding security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain IT systems, including servers and networks.
• Serve as the first point of contact for hardware and software issues.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and manage backup plans.
• Install and configure hardware and software components.

Requirements: A minimum of 6-7 years’ experience in IT support and a Bachelor’s degree.
