Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring all hardware and software issues are resolved efficiently.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting network problems, setting up and maintaining workstations, and assisting users with technical issues. The IT Support Engineer will also be responsible for documenting technical processes and providing training when needed.
