Job Description
Join us as an IT Support Engineer responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; providing timely technical support to employees; installing and configuring workstations, peripherals, and basic servers; maintaining documentation and inventory; and assisting with system upgrades and backups. Requirements: 2+ years IT support experience, strong Windows and macOS skills, basic Linux and networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365, excellent communication and customer service skills, and problem-solving mindset. CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred. Ability to work shifts and escalate complex incidents as needed.
