Job Description
30 Century is looking for a seasoned IT professional or technical writer based in Nigeria to develop a 5-page Strategic Plan Assessment for the Service Desk Coordinator position. This assessment should adhere to best practices in IT Service Management and contemporary service delivery methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a detailed 12-month strategic plan.
- Emphasize cloud technology and customer-centric design principles.
- Formulate risk and change management strategies.
- Produce a refined 5-page document for review by senior leadership.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess strong knowledge of ITSM, experience with cloud technologies, and exceptional writing abilities.
