Job Description
Join a globally renowned, multi-generational faith-based institution with campuses worldwide and major annual gatherings. Workbrook seeks an IT Specialist to manage ICT systems, servers, networks, live streaming, and digital platforms, ensuring uptime, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical support to staff and volunteers; troubleshoot hardware and software; maintain asset inventories; coordinate vendors.
- Administer firewalls, backups, and data protection; perform risk management and disaster recovery planning.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Engineering, 5+ years in structured IT roles; CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent preferred; strong network administration and backup expertise. A Spirit-filled Christian with a service orientation and strong problem-solving skills is required.
