We are seeking an IT Site Support professional to maintain on-site IT operations in Apapa, ensuring reliable availability of desktops, networks, and printers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software, installing and configuring systems, managing user accounts, performing routine maintenance, and coordinating escalations with remote teams.

• Experience: 1–3 years in IT support
• Technical: familiarity with Windows and Linux; basic networking (TCP/IP, switches)
• Skills: strong customer service and communication
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus
• Must be available for occasional after-hours support and able to work on-site in Apapa
