Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Service Support Manager to join our team. As an IT Service Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT support services provided to our clients, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
Your main duties will include managing a team of IT support professionals, setting service level agreements (SLAs), monitoring performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and processes across the organization.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset are also essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT support professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Set and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline IT support processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of IT support services
