Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Analyst to maintain reliable IT operations, manage service requests, and coordinate incident resolution across cross-functional teams. The analyst will monitor service performance and SLA compliance, troubleshoot and escalate incidents, manage change communications, and work with engineers and vendors to streamline processes and prevent recurrence.

• Minimum 2 years in IT support or service delivery
• Strong knowledge of SLAs and ITIL practices
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with ticketing systems and reporting tools
