Job Description

Elevated HR Limited seeks an experienced IT Sales and Business Development Manager based in our Yaba, Lagos office to drive structured, measurable growth. You will execute cluster-based go-to-market plans, identify and convert SMB prospects, coordinate customer audits, move leads through the sales cycle to closure, support partner onboarding, and maintain CRM pipeline and SOP compliance.

• Qualifications: HND or Bachelor in a relevant field and minimum 3 years IT sales experience.
• Attributes: outcome-oriented, able to work independently, experienced with long-cycle B2B SMB sales.
• Compensation: ₦300,00/month base plus commission and performance incentives.

Regular reporting and weekly visibility on progress are required.
