Job Description
We are looking for a focused technical recruiter at GVA Partners to fill the position of IT Recruitment Analyst. As a technical recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical specialists to fill IT positions.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying future job openings and technical requirements
- Writing job descriptions and posting on relevant platforms
- Screening applicants for job competency
- Arranging interviews and conducting background checks
- Presenting suitable candidates to hiring managers
- Offering job positions and managing paperwork
- Tracking applicants and keeping them informed
- Forecasting recruitment budgets
Requirements/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Experience in technical recruitment
- Strong technical knowledge and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
