Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled IT Officer to join our team. As an IT Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and networks. You will also provide technical support and assistance to all staff members.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Setting up and managing computer networks and Internet connections.
- Monitoring system performance and identifying issues or areas for improvement.
- Providing technical support to users in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Ensuring data backup and disaster recovery solutions are in place and functioning properly.
To excel in this role, you must have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in order to provide efficient support to our staff.
