Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Desktop Engineer to join our team. As an IT Desktop Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the desktop infrastructure across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop hardware and software.
- Resolving technical issues and providing timely support to end-users.
- Performing system upgrades and ensuring network connectivity.
- Managing user accounts and permissions.
- Collaborating with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve system performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Desktop Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Good understanding of networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
